# me.LARI.kan DIRI #3

Hari ini aku tidak berlari, aku berjalan. Soalnya, menurut video-video di Youtube seputar perlarian. Untuk pemula itu tidak boleh terlalu edan lari tiap hari.

Di Minggu ini aku hanya jalan. Dari rumah ke kantor. Biasanya kalau pake motor itu sekitar 10 menit lah. Aku tadi jalan sekitar 30 menit. Bulak-balik jadi 60 menit.

Lumayan keringetan.

Aku jalan sambil dengerin podcast. Waktu berangkat aku mendengarkan podcast *Hiduplah Indonesia Maya* yang membahas tentang Warkopi dan Indro Warkop. Pulangnya, aku dengerin podcast *Raditya Dika* yang ngebahas tentang konten kreator dan bisnis dari pemilik Belah Doeren.

Di sela-sela itu, aku bercengkrama dengan kolegaku di kantor tentang pernikahan dan kerjaan (tentu saja).

Sekarang aku sudah di rumah. Sudah malam, jam 20:00. Aku mau nyuci sepatu. Di luar sedang hujan rintik-rintik. Aku menulis ini sambil dengerin podcast *Bung2Bung*.
